Information We Process Depending on the features you choose to use, Klyde may process the following types of information: Photos and Videos You may voluntarily select or upload photos and videos from your device when using features such as style transfer, photo-to-video creation, portrait effects, dual-photo effects, and other creative tools. Klyde only accesses the photos or videos that you choose to provide or that you authorize the App to access. Prompts and Creative Inputs Some features may allow you to enter text, select styles, templates, effects, or other creative preferences. This information is used to generate the content you request. Technical Information We may process limited technical information necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the App, such as device type, operating system version, app version, crash information, and general usage information. 2. How We Use Photos and Videos Photos and videos provided to Klyde are used solely to provide the features requested by you, including: Generating visual effects Creating AI-powered images or videos Applying styles or transformations Creating portrait or facial effects Combining or processing selected images Delivering generated results to you When a feature requires cloud-based processing, selected photos, videos, prompts, or related information may be securely transmitted to service providers used to perform the requested processing. We do not sell your uploaded photos or videos. 3. Facial Information Certain Klyde features may analyze facial characteristics contained in photos provided by the user in order to create portrait effects, visual transformations, animations, or other user-requested creative results. Such processing may include detecting visual facial characteristics necessary to perform the selected effect. Klyde does not use facial information for identity verification, authentication, surveillance, or determining a user's real-world identity. Facial information is not sold or used for targeted advertising. Where third-party processing is required to provide a selected feature, facial information contained in the submitted image may be temporarily processed by a service provider solely for completing the requested operation. 4. Photo Library Access Klyde may request permission to access your device's photo library when you choose to import photos or videos. You control this permission through your device settings and may limit or revoke access at any time. Klyde does not require access to photos or videos that are unrelated to the content you choose to use within the App. Apple also requires apps to respect users' permission choices and request access only when relevant to the app's functionality. 5. Third-Party Service Providers Klyde may use third-party service providers for purposes such as: AI image or video processing Cloud infrastructure and content delivery Application performance and crash analysis Security and abuse prevention These providers may process limited information only as necessary to provide their services to Klyde.
